Tackling bad (simple) carb cravings during the Metabolic Balance program can be a game-changer for your health journey! 🥖
Learn to incorporate complex carbohydrates like whole grains, sweet potatoes, and legumes into your meals, as these provide sustained energy and keep blood sugar levels stable while reducing cravings.

Get your Friday off to a flying start with this spinach omelette! 🙌
Ingredients:
• 2 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon oil of your choice
• 1 cup spinach
• 2 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese or your cheese alternative
• 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
Method:
1. Whisk eggs in a small bowl. Heat oil in a small non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, tilting to coat the pan. Pour in the eggs and immediately stir with a rubber spatula for 5 to 10 seconds. Then push the cooked portions at the edge toward the centre, tilting the pan to allow uncooked egg to fill in around the edges.
2. Continue to cook until almost set and the bottom is light golden, about 1 minute total.
3. Remove from heat and top half the omelette with spinach and Cheddar. Fold the other half over the filling. Slide the omelette onto a plate and sprinkle dill on top.
Serve and enjoy! 🍳
