From 1 July 2026, real estate agencies across QLD are officially regulated under Australia’s Anti-Money Laundering & Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) laws for the first time.

What this means when you buy or sell with us:

✅ You may be asked a few extra questions earlier in the process
✅ Larger or unusual transactions may need additional checks
