Paramedics Incursion at Cheltenham!
The paramedics visited to our kindergarten on the 26th of June’26 to teach the children about emergency services and how paramedics help people in the community when they are sick, injured, or in an emergency.
The children were excitedly engaged incursion with Lisa and Zoe from Ambulance Victoria.
The children had an opportunity to dress ups as a paramedics and role play with the resources.
Through this incursion, the children had an opportunity to focus on their imaginative play, empathy, caring for others, learning new vocabulary skills while communicating with others, and developing self- confidence.
This hands-on experience supported children's understanding of helping professions and strengthened their sense of belonging within the community.
