1. if materials are not supplied by you an up front cost of the materials will be required and a receipt will be provided. so materials can be purchased and job can be started.

2. A start up payment of 25% may be required towards materials before any work can start.

3. A progress payment may be required if the job will take more than 7 working days.

4. Upon completion of a job payment is to be made within 2 business days.
