Red Rooster - Charters Towers

We’re so excited to introduce ourselves as the new owners of Red Rooster Charters Towers. Our transition is now complete, and we’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a wonderful and close-knit community.

Teahly is a proud North Queensland local, born and raised in Home Hill, Burdekin region. With over 10 years of experience in training, recruitment, sales, and administration, she’s looking forward to bringing her skills and passion for people into the business and connecting with the local community.

Spencer was born in the USA but has proudly called Australia home for more than nine years. He’s fallen in love with the country lifestyle and is thrilled to now call Charters Towers home. Spencer holds a degree in Business and has a strong background in hospitality management, administration, and sales across both the United States and Australia.

For us, this is about more than just running a restaurant — it’s about becoming part of the community, getting to know the locals, and creating a place where everyone feels welcome. We’re proud to support local jobs, our hardworking team, and the many community events that make Charters Towers such a special place.

We’re honoured to continue the long-standing legacy of Red Rooster Charters Towers, and we’re committed to keeping the tradition of friendly service, great food, and genuine care for our customers alive.
