Every therapist thinks rebooking is about the treatment. Give a great facial, client comes back.

Most clinic and salon owners wouldn't pay what they charge for their own treatments. And before you say you don't have time, let's be honest. It's not time. It's probably shaky belief.
Here's the part that really stings though. Most of you offer your therapists treatments for free or a fraction of the cost. All they have to do is come in on their own time. Most don't. Why is that? Does it make sense to you? Why donβt they prioritise doing something they based their career on?
And you're expecting them to sell these treatments to clients?
This is most likely why your therapists struggle to sell treatments, recommend skin programs, rebook clients and retain them long term. There's no honour in a recommendation that nobody in the clinic or salon would act on themselves. Clients feel that. They might not be able to name it, but they feel it.
