Happy 58th Birthday to my husband and our Chef Damian. What a ride this last year has been! This year I have seen Damian’s commitment to me in his actions. He has cleaned up his act not only for me but himself. I can be as weird and wacky as possible and Damian accepts that and smiles. Damian, you are an inspiration to all the people you have patiently guided and mentored in your kitchen. You show them how to make it work under pressure and they are inspired, motivated and don’t want to disappoint you. You set a high standard and everyone rises to it.
