If you have a booking, please collect your hamper on Friday at your allocated time.

Struggling with groceries this week? 💛 The RedShed at Capalaba is here to lend a helping hand.

Our centre is volunteer-run and provides free grocery hampers to individuals and families who need a little extra support. With the generous help of OzHarvest and QuCare, we’re able to assist 20–30 local families each week with fresh produce, meat, bread, and pantry essentials (subject to availability).

📦 Collection:Thursday, 09 July 2026 (appointment required)

✅ We will confirm the pickup time.
✅ Come at your scheduled time & bring your phone to complete a quick questionnaire while we prepare your hamper
