Great to get out on the court with and as part of the education for the AUS Tennis Talent Hubs. Theme was on movement fundamentals for junior athletes - great practical learning experience ✌️🎾

It’s a bittersweet moment to have this absolute legend finish up with me this week.

After nearly 8 years of training - 70 odd programs - from a 13 year old kid, through COVID online training, to watching you grow up, finish school, battle injuries, take on the world stage and become the incredible person and athlete you are today.

What a ride (pun intended..), what a privilege to coach you.

I’m so proud of you and everything you have achieved so far , and I can’t wait to see you take the next leap under the guidance of the and .

GOLD RUSH
It was the girls that stole the show back in April for the 2023 Track and Field National Champs.
These weapons walked away with 3 x Gold and 1 x Silver - amazing effort.


Took the 🥇honours in the Women’s 3k Steeplechase in a wild finish!
A great achievement backing on from World Champs in 2022 and now selected for the AUS Uni Team to compete in China in 2 weeks.


Brought home a 🥇in the u20 100m (PB 11.46) and a 🥈in the 200m (PB 23.61).
Again, a great lead on from a huge 2022 which featured a World u20 selection.

Mads pulled off a story tale finish in the u18 Heptathlon finishing with a commanding 800m win in the seventh event to put herself up into the 🥇and a PB. Could not be prouder of Mads for this performance.

Off to Oregon 🇺🇸

She’s done it!
has officially been selected in the 🇦🇺 team to complete at the 2022 World Athletics Championships in the 3000m Steeplechase.

This is an absolutely huge achievement. It’s no small feat to get this selection, years of hard work and sacrifice. We can’t wait to see you race at the highest level 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
