The building's mass is carefully articulated to balance solidity with transparency. Deep cantilevers reduce the perceived weight of the upper level while creating a sequence of sheltered thresholds that blur the transition between interior and exterior.

A restrained material palette of textured masonry, exposed concrete and natural timber reinforces the architectural language, allowing each material to express its inherent qualities without excess. The result is a home where structure, materiality and detail work together as a single composition.
