I don’t normally do selfies, but I’ve been teaching Daffy the “selfie” trick! 🐾📸

This trick teaches your dog to “sit pretty” behind you, sometimes with their paws over your shoulder (depending on their size and shape). Bigger dogs can even have a paw either side and may be able to rest their head on yours. 🥰

If your dog is a little camera shy, start by focusing on the “sit pretty” part first. Once they’re comfortable with that, slowly raise your hand up without your phone, then gradually add the phone in once they understand the behaviour.

Remember to keep it fun and go at your dog’s pace — training is all about building confidence and creating positive experiences! ❤️🐶

For the sake of these fragile environments and the native species that live there, please always follow the set dog rules. Even if your dog is well-behaved, its presence can still cause harm. 🐣
