What incredible colours nature has on display at the moment! 💛🧡❤️💚💙
As much as I love the hot days of summer, this steady wind down into cooler weather is just lovely.
Lately I’ve been practicing much more reiki at than doula work, and it’s been a process of surrender for me - trusting that this is how I’m being called to serve our community at this time. I’ve been doing reiki for 20 years now for my family and doula clients (!!!), however working with people of such varying ages, stages and genders is a real step outside of what I’m used to. I love that reiki is becoming more acknowledged for its simple yet powerful ability to support wellness, by giving us access to the abundance of universal healing energy. It’s got me feeling very much in balance and at peace - since the energy flows through me as I give a treatment I benefit greatly too!
If you’re in need of an energy tune up and would like to give reiki a try, please reach out. It would be an honor to share the joy of it with you 🙏🥰✨

The Doula Conference 2026 was an incredible, heart opening weekend. Myself and 3 other Canberra doulas , and travelled up to Cronulla where we were so lucky to have a little place only 5 mins walk from the gorgeous Shelly beach ocean pool 🌊
The range of speakers at the conference was excellent - we heard from Australian maternal health industry leaders from multiple fields and were supported to explore aspects of our own business too. Feeling so inspired to continue this amazing, fulfilling work for many years to come.

Savoury muffins are so simple to whip up, and so nutritious and delicious for postpartum!
Using as many organic ingredients as possible is ideal - flour, cheese, any vegetables you like, eggs, plus nitrate free ham of course.
I often suggest that I cook a batch or 2 of these during a postpartum support visit as they only take a short time to prepare and bake. They freeze well and can be reheated for a one handed meal or snack so easily, with extra lashings of organic butter of course 🧈
