This is a great initiative by the the ACT Government and will assist many community sporting organisations. Canberra Containers can assist with basic cost effective storage solutions through to more complex and tailored containerised solutions. The ACT Governments community sport grants are now open!

These grants support sport and community organisations with new and existing facilities and as well as programs and initiatives to increase sport participation. It’s important that Canberran’s of all ages and abilities can stay active, healthy and engaged in community sport.

These grants can be used for a range of projects like upgrading existing facilities or purchasing new equipment. The ACT Netball Centre in Lyneham have used funding from last year’s grant round to replace a leaking roof which means they no longer have to cancel games because of rain.
