I can't wait to lead you through Canberra's first Glow in the Dark yoga event, something I've wanted to create for so long 🧘🏼‍♀️🙏 I'm even more excited as two of my favourite yoga instructors and dear friends and .yoga will be up on stage glowing alongside me 💗

The event is free and open to all ages, bring along a yoga mat and wear white or bright! I have STACKS of glow sticks to give out - first come first served. Feel free to bring anything else that glows! See you tomorrow 💕💫🙌
