Don’t forget if you are selling or leasing a home with a pool you must now complete ‘disclosure requirements‘. This means you may need a Pool Barrier Certificate Call us for free advice on your options.

If your boundary fence has exposed rails on ‘your side’ then you will need to cover them near your pool barrier. This is so the rails can’t be used as a step to climb into the pool area. It’s an easy fix.

Boundary fences are becoming the most common issue for ACT pool owners atm.
A boundary fence must be 1.8m high and non-climbable from the top ( for the first 90cm)
There are a number of affordable options rather than replacing the fence. Aviary mesh and palings are the most common.
