Transformations by Kim
This captures the value of the Peer Practice Lab and celebrates the coaches who were willing to jump in and learn by doing.
This is what becoming an advanced practitioner looks like.
Not just watching another training.
Not just taking notes.
Not waiting until you feel completely confident before you begin.
Today, the coaches inside the Advanced Practitioner Course jumped into our Peer Practice Lab and practised the NLP Strategy Scramble process with each other.
And I was so proud watching them.
Because confidence does not come from knowing the script perfectly.
It comes from getting in the arena, asking the questions, trusting the process, receiving feedback and practising again.
This is where the learning becomes real.
It is where a technique moves from something you understand intellectually to something you can confidently use with a client.
The Strategy Scramble helps interrupt an automatic emotional eating or self-sabotage pattern by changing how the brain has coded the experience.
But the real value of today was not only learning the process.
It was watching these coaches back themselves.
They were willing to be beginners, practise imperfectly and support one another as they developed a completely new coaching skill.
That willingness to jump in is what creates exceptional practitioners.
Inside future cohorts of the Empowered Eating™ Practitioner Certification, you will not simply learn about:
The Psychology of Weight Loss & Binge Eating Recovery.
You will have opportunities to practise the tools, experience the processes and build the confidence to use them within your scope of practice.
Because your clients do not need you to collect more information.
They need you to know what to do when emotional eating, self-sabotage and deeper behaviour patterns show up in the coaching conversation.
Today, these coaches took another step towards becoming that practitioner.
And I could not be prouder of them.

My breakfast for the last 5 years
This is my go-to overnight oats breakfast because it is simple, high protein, filling and easy to prep ahead.
What I use:
80g oats
1 scoop WPI
Oat milk
Mix together, leave in the fridge overnight and breakfast is ready to go.
Approx macros:
Calories: 465
Protein: 41g
Carbs: 61g
Fat: 7g
This is one of the biggest reasons I stay consistent.
At 5am I do not wake up wondering what to eat. I do not rely on motivation. I just make the healthy choice easy.
Simple food. Repeated consistently. That is where results come from.
Macros will vary slightly depending on your oats, protein powder and how much oat milk you use.
