[💡] 'An Introduction to Repatterning Stretching'
This new essay functions as a brief introduction to the class I am now teaching at the ANU Sport & Rec centre in Canberra. It covers material from the period of my first ~12 years of studies, viewed in reverse and flavoured a bit by the next ~12 years of study and praxis.
In includes: some base principles; lore; aphorisms and heuristics to help orient someone to this way of stretching. The next few essays for class will be more 'applied practicum'.

[🔥⚗️🍀] Physical Alchemy 'Long Class' Sydney, Sunday February 19th, 2023, 4pm - 7pm, @ 'The Bo Fig', Balgowlah. [$75 for the class].

Next Sunday I am running the first of the Physical Alchemy monthly Long Classes for this year. I will be running them every 3rd Sunday of the month [other than April, when I will be teaching at the Ancestral Movement retreat - more on that later].

These are private classes - so please message me beforehand to secure a place. The location is the wonderful 'Bo Fig' fine Persian Carpet merchant storefront, in Balgowlah. There should be parking available in the streets a few blocks from the shops. It's a beautiful spot, near Manly beach - so you might consider having dinner and a walk along the seaside as a decompression after class.

'Physical Alchemy' Long Class means it will feature any material from the Repatterning Stretching, Alchemical Stretching, Embodied Paradox and Reenchantment syllabuses that fits with the group of individuals that presents on any given day.
