Our client is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for a 13 month contract with the potential to extend, based in their Canberra Offices to support our client, meeting large vendor supplying multiple IT services, within a large multi-vendor environment.
Required Business Skills & Qualifications:

Have a collaborative approach to business requirements, using a consultative, influencing style that promotes continuous improvement.

Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.

Detailed understanding of ITIL processes.

Demonstrated experience working in a multi-vendor environment, leading diverse teams to achieve a common goal.

This role requires that the successful candidate must possess an NV1 Security Clearance.
