👋 What is your role & how long have you worked here for?
I am the cellar manager and I have worked here for 1.5 years. I then moved to our sister venue Dickson Taphouse before moving back here 3 months ago.

❤️ What is your favourite thing about working at the OCI?
The people! Staff, customers & everyone. I think this goes both ways 💕

🍔 Go-to meal on the menu?
Currently the pie is my favourite!

🐣 If you were a bird what bird would you be?
I’d be a parrot because I yap a lot to people once I open up to them.

🥲 Biggest pet peeve behind the bar?
Unorganised cutlery section! If it’s messy I have to fix it.
