This Floriade, Pollen is mixing a little sweetness into the science.

Meet the Floriade Berry Lab, our nostalgic raspberry coconut slice with a playful twist - a syringe of raspberry serum for drizzling, swirling and experimenting.

Part sweet treat, part edible experiment, it’s created especially for Floriade About Town as a tribute to the colour, curiosity and creativity where science and nature meet.

Available daily 13 September–12 October.
