From the ‘holy discontent’ born of prayer in an unlikely Aussie who had never previously published any prior works, to presenting a signed copy to the Holy Father at the steps of St Peter’s Basilica in Rome, this book has surely been a miracle in the making.
Remembering Pope Leo’s beautiful words at his inauguration service on 18 May, 2025 : “Brothers and Sisters, this is the hour of love! The heart of the Gospel is the love of God that makes us brothers and sisters”.

Here we have two of today’s world Christian leaders, Cardinal Kurt Koch ( the Vatican’s Chief of Christian unity) and Rev Prof. Jerry Pillay (the World Council of Churches General Secretary) holding up together this day the “Dear Unity” movement here at the 6th World Convention of Faith and Order whose theme is “ Where Now for Visible Unity?”
A humbling moment indeed on our mutual journey as we entrust the seeds of this book to take root in the rich soil of a suffering world in desperate need of unity.
