Eight3 Projects

🟠⚫️ The tail end of 2021 brought with us this cheeky refurbishment of the commercial kitchen and dining area at the Gungahlin Lakes Club Bistro and Kitchen. The project involved a remodel of the existing kitchen with new partitions and ceilings, as well as replacement of existing to new ceiling tiles throughout the dining area. Installation of new doors and hardware for the kitchen bar, including a stylish barn door for the bar store room.

#2021

One of our headline projects for 2021 was being involved in the newly constructed Centenary Hospital for Women and Children. This project, across two floors, involved smooth internal glazed aluminium partitions, accompanied by fresh timber doors and hardware with suspended ceiling grid throughout. A notable mention was the involvement of the decorative and colourful soffit leading towards the main doors of the building.

⚫️🟠 This project for the new Gulson Speed Shop was an early undertaking for 2021, with scope of works including the construction of 2 x offices and 1 x meeting room utilising satin black aluminium glazed partitions, encased with ceilings and walls, and glazed aluminium doors to match. Fresh timber doors were also installed throughout the existing bathrooms, with sleek black door furniture to match throughout the entire project. Framing for the feature kitchenette ceiling and a full height wall sectioning off the warehouse back-end make notable mentions. 🟠⚫️

St Mary McKillop College was a great opportunity for Eight3 to hone in on what we do best. This project included grid as well as perforated ceilings. Sleek internal glazed aluminium partitions,accompanied by some very large sliding/stacking glazed doors that are hidden away when open for a nice open space! wall feature and recycled timber panelling helped add to the fresh new look of the project.
