Dickson Apartments

This recently completed development features 20 apartments across two, two-storey buildings, along with two townhouses, all supported by shared basement parking and storage facilities.

The project included the demolition of five decommissioned properties, protection of council-approved trees throughout the works, relocation of existing overhead powerlines underground, and construction of the new residential dwellings, transforming the site into a modern and well-connected community outcome.

Momentum is building at The Henry Stage 4 as structural works continue advancing across multiple buildings on-site. Each week sees an array of milestones ticked off.

The team has recently completed major precast installations on Buildings A and D, progressed upper ground structural works on Building C, and pushed ahead with Level 1 formwork on Building B. Scaffolding, stripping works, and basement activities are also tracking well as the project transitions into the next stage of vertical construction.

Looking ahead, crews will continue formwork and reinforcement activities across all buildings, with pre-pour preparations underway for Building B and internal fit-out works now commencing on-site.
