40th Wedding Anniversary.

Life is all about choices. In 1980 I chose to leave Brisbane and come home to help run my family business, after my brother Russell was killed in a motorcycle accident out at the speedway. On the first night home, I ran into a girl I hadn’t seen for years; Noelene Anne Hutchinson.
On this day 40 years ago, I chose to marry this beautiful, talented, personable, intelligent woman.
3 kids and 4 grandkids later, we are still together, even though some family members thought “it would never last”.
When I was younger, I never thought I would find anyone stupid enough to marry me, but here I am, one of the luckiest men in the world to have found a beautiful woman who has put up with me for all these years. Here is to the next 40 years. What an adventure it’s going to be.
