Today Council insurance company has advised me that they won’t repair damages to my property they say Council is not responsible for the tree that fell well why did they remove the tree as it was hollow up the middle
Also they said because I didn’t make a number of requests for issues well I believe that they are responsible for the damages as three years ago I and my neighbours complained about trees in the creek area
