You never know what someone is carrying outside the office.

If a colleague seems distracted, try not to fill in the blanks yourself. Check in. A moment of curiosity and care can shift the whole tone of their day.

Expressing our heartfelt appreciation to you - our family, friends and community who contributed to our fundraising efforts over the last few months - together we raised $960.00 for Beyond Blue.

On 26 March 2026 our Senior clinician Mo and our friend Dee took part in Coast-trek, Australia’s Beyond Blue - iconic hiking challenge (self-funded), 30km trek from Mona Vale to Manly- Sydney,

Together they took on this challenge to raise funds for Beyond Blue and raise awareness about mental health, whilst also engaging in fun and healthy activities - trekking, having important conversations, enjoying spectacular coastal views, nature, and experience that feeling of exhilaration when crossing finish lines! All important for our mental health.

In Australia, around 5 million people are living with anxiety and depression and nearly half of us will experience a mental health condition in our lifetime.

More than 750 people reach out to the Beyond Blue - 1300 224 636 - 24/7 Support Service every day – that’s over 275,000 life-changing conversations every year.

On average, $66 helps start a vital conversation with a trained professional.

The funds you helped us raise will help contribute to the important work that Beyond Blue does, to be there when someone feels alone or overwhelmed, or like they don’t know what to do next.

Thank you again. We appreciate you all 🫶🫶🫶💛💙
