Qld Cricket and Cricket Far North are excited to offer a series of FREE Plyometrics & Technical Training sessions designed to help cricketers of all ages and abilities improve their game.

These sessions will focus on developing:
✅ Speed and acceleration
✅ Agility and change of direction
✅ Explosive power and athleticism
✅ Movement skills specific to batting, bowling, and fielding
✅ Technical cricket skills and game performance

Whether you're just starting out or looking to take your cricket to the next level, these sessions provide a fun, engaging, and challenging environment to build confidence and athletic performance.
