Of course the light feels like an attack when you’ve been hiding in the dark.

When truth starts exposing lies, the ones who built their identity on deception always scream “abuse.”

When scripture confronts sin, they cry “manipulation.”

When masks start slipping, they run to the crowd playing victim because performance is all they’ve ever known.

But God doesn’t sugarcoat truth.

He doesn’t coddle the unrepentant.

And He never apologizes for the sword of His Word cutting through the fake.

If the Bible made you uncomfortable, maybe it wasn’t being used against you maybe it was just finally being used properly.

And just because you’re quoting scripture now doesn’t erase the lies, the contradictions, or the damage you caused.

Posting it doesn’t sanctify the mess it just exposes your desperation to cover it.

God is not the author of confusion.

But He will let confusion expose a counterfeit.

And that’s exactly what’s happening.

So keep writing your “healing posts.”

Keep pretending it was all one-sided.

The truth doesn’t need defending just time.

And the mask always falls.

“For nothing is hidden that will not be made manifest, nor is anything secret that will not be known and come to light.”

God protects his anointed and those that suffer for truth in private will always have a victory in public when the time is right,
