MAKING WINE - It requires teamwork, and mostly, it's just the 2 of us, Cathy + Neil.
We do get extra help from friends to hand pick grapes, or to help out in the winery when we need more than just 2 pairs of hands to get the work done.
We are a team of 3 when it comes to our wine sales, with Polly the wine dog joining us in her role as Customer Happiness Manager.
