The time has finally come for the guys to head off on their massive trip across the country.

Trent and Akka were accepted into the Autumn Rally in June 2025. Which was a really interesting email to get, since I didn’t know they had even registered 🤔

Moving on..

Whilst the boys handled finding a car and getting that ready, I handled the sponsors and fundraising.

Who would have thought there was so much to getting this organised?? The amount of phone calls, DM’s, emails, conversations that were had with potential sponsors and businesses to help us fundraise, well let’s just say I had a lil side hustle job 🤣

Also for the boys, the amount of hours they have put into getting the car ready. The long nights, weekends and time in between. A new motor, gearbox.. and who knows what else (I may have stopped listening to the many things after a while.)

With all of our amazing sponsors, our raffles, our quiz and bingo night we have raised over $15,000. To all of those businesses that have donated money, time, prizes, we say a massive THANK YOU. To all of you who supported our fundraisers, brought tickets or donated time or money, again THANK YOU.

The boys leave tomorrow morning bright and early and will be back on the 19th. We wish them all the best on their adventure.
