We recently launched our integration with Google, allowing pet parents to book appointments directly into your Paws App booking page, straight from a Google search. With fewer steps and less friction, it’s an even simpler, faster booking experience for your clients.

Since going live, we’ve seen approximately 25% of total booking volumes come through the Google book button alone – a strong sign that pet parents are embracing the convenience.

New feature alert: Availability at a glance

We’ve introduced new functionality that lets pet owners quickly see appointment availability today and tomorrow before starting the booking process.

This feature gives users a clear snapshot of availability (including across all practices for multi-practice users), helping them make faster booking decisions – and reducing unnecessary drop-offs during the booking flow.
