Following on from 2020's fabulous pink ribbon brunch which raised an amazing $4,500 for the National Breast Cancer Foundation, I am delighted to announce this year's event.

Taking place on Saturday 9th October at the Bulimba Golf Club, the 2021 Pink Ribbon Cocktail event promises to be loads of fun whilst at the same time raising vital funds for the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

Around the world millions of women, and their families and friends, are touched by breast cancer each year - I am no different.

In addition to having lost a number of close family members to this terrible condition, the seriousness was really driven home to me when last year, at the young age of 39, my best friend was diagnosed with a Triple Negative Breast Cancer diagnosis. After many months of serious treatment I am thrilled that my friend's diagnosis is now very positive.

I now feel extremely thankful that I can do my little part in supporting those that fund such important research into the prevention and cure of breast cancer.
