An affirmation for our Enneagram 5’s today - Investigative Thinkers/Observers.

We love your ability to detach from all the drama around you and your ease with boundary-setting, but darling one, sometimes it’s a trauma response to pull away, go into your cave and need no one. Sometimes there is a connection needed, and being able to hold the thought that each experience can have you present to it, not just on the sidelines wanting to escape or be indifferent. This could become a kinder approach to those around you and to yourself.

What a gift you are, though, in showing us how to be wise and how to discern, plus you are the keeper of secrets! ✨
