A Mental Health First Aid course is being offered to families for FREE by Get Real Institute and delivered at our Autism GC cottage on Friday 21 November 2025 (9am-5pm with online modules prior). 👉 Register NOW! 👈

This is a 1-day in person event on the Gold Coast, designed to equip our carers and parents with the necessary skills to provide support to both adults and young people experiencing mental health challenges. The training will cover topics such as identifying warning signs, providing initial help, and guiding people to appropriate resources. This is a blended program and will have one day in person, and 3 - 5 hours of online learning modules that will be assigned to you a few days before the program.
