Easter is already here… and just like that, the year is flying by.
And if you’re anything like most women, you’ve been giving your time, your energy, your love to everyone else — making sure everything and everyone is okay.
But here’s the question that often gets left behind…

For me… it even took getting breast cancer to stop.
And truthfully, even then — I kept going.
Because that’s what we do, isn’t it?
We push through. We hold it together. We keep showing up.
But it did make me look deeper.
Deeper at how I was living.
Deeper at what really mattered.
Deeper at what I wanted — not just what everyone else needed from me.
So let this be your moment —

Well, it feels like the car pooling has begun, the roads are quieter and deliveries taking longer. As we try to laugh and enjoy this next part of stress in our lives.. 🤪
This Recipe ROCKS - for flavour and health benefits- 🙏
Ingredients.
1 whole free range chicken
2 onions, chopped into wedges
6 garlic cloves, peeled
2 carrots, halved
2 stalks celery, halved
2 tablespoons whole peppercorns
6 bay leaves, dried or fresh
2 tablespoons sea salt
6 dried porcini mushrooms
5 parsley stalks
Cover in a large pan with water bring to boil and then simmer for 2.5 hours.. you have broth, vegetables for other dishes and chicken so tender for lunches etc
