In relation to traditional and Chinese medicine - The Chinese say "we stand on two legs, you in the West stand on one" hopefully upon completion of my studies I can say I understand "the other leg of medicine and it's importance in the prevention of chronic and degenerative diseases"

First walk in 3 weeks. My goodness it felt AMAZING! I love being out in nature, i love walking and i love getting some much needed Vit D. The wind was blowing, the sun was shining, the grass was super green. Headphoes in, learning about nourishing my body through diet. What a beautiful way to start the day ❤🤗
Its so important to not take our health for granted, something as simple as being able to FINALLY go for a walk felt better than ever.
