We invited our team for a walk through of our first residences as they begin to take shape, bringing the vision into focus.

Seeing the hard work of our Development, Design and Construction come together in a tangible product was an exciting moment for everyone.

Last night we welcomed a select group of agents and clients for a first look at something very special.

An evening of champagne, conversation and a special glimpse into what’s to come - an extraordinary project that will soon make its mark on Brisbane.

For now, it remains off-market but we look forward to sharing more soon.

Verso Projects extends our best wishes for the Chinese New Year. A new lunar cycle brings a chance to reflect, to grow, and to set intentions for the year ahead. In this Fire Horse year, we’re inspired by its spirited energy and determined drive, and we’re excited for what’s next.

As 2025 draws to a close, we’re taking a moment to celebrate what has been a monumental year for VERSO.

We’ve grown to a powerhouse team of 40+ across development and construction, surpassed an $8 billion portfolio, and hit major milestones across the board, from DA submissions and approvals to the start of construction on some of our flagship projects.

None of this would be possible without our incredible project partners, consultants, and, most importantly, our VERSO team.
