Carly is a seasoned professional dancer, choreographer and director who has literally travelled the world doing what she loves. Her performance credits include working alongside Beyoncé, Kylie Minogue, Kelly Rowland, Ke$ha, RuPaul, Tina Arena and musical theatre legend Kristen Chenoweth. She has appeared on XFactor Australia, Australian Idol, America’s Got Talent, Australia’s Next Top Model and in the film Happy Feet. During her time in Los Angeles she worked as assistant choreographer on multiple projects alongside leading choreographers Tovaris Wilson and Andre Fuentes.

Back in Australia, Carly has taught at some of the country’s most prestigious studios and has judged extensively across the US, Australia, Asia and New Zealand — including the Sydney Eisteddfod and NZ Dance Awards.

Every solo, duo, trio and group at Evolution receives professional video feedback from our adjudicators. Not just a number on a sheet — an actual recorded critique they can watch back, take notes from, and bring straight into their next rehearsal.

Here’s what that looks like in practice:

Your dancer performs. The adjudicator records their critique in real time — what they noticed, what stood out, what to work on. That recording is then available to you after the event.

It’s the kind of feedback that used to be reserved for private coaching sessions. At Evolution, it’s included with every entry.
