Do have confidence in your hips?

Strong, mobile and confident hips will help spare a back from future injury.

But how do we build them?

Modified Sit Down Squats are a great progression into movements such as RDLs and regular squats.

A great landmark to hit on the path to building stronger hips.

The idea is to over emphasise using the hips to facilitate the movement by pushing hips backward keeping the shins vertical.

4 sets of 4-12 reps, twice a week can work wonders for those seeking to restore hip capability.
