My loves, it’s been a crazy few months but we have moved, married and attempted to settle!
There are lots of new things going on and one of them is that I am teaching in the new studio! You can find me there on Tuesday and Thursday mornings 🤍

We have one month left in our little sanctuary 🤍

And what a little whirlwind of emotions we are feeling! But most of all, we are grateful.

There are still a few spots available for our Saturday and Sunday sessions for this coming weekend and next, but all week night classes are fully booked (🙀) so please please please message us if you’d like to be on the waitlist if anyone cancels.

The best kind of mornings 💫

These ladies have each been coming to the studio for well over 2 years.
I’ve had the pleasure of watching them discover Pilates, connect with their bodies in a different way, prepare their bodies for pregnancy, move as they grow their babes, and now hold their children in their arms and care for their bodies once more.
It wasn’t always easy, it certainly wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows, but it was beautiful. They’re all doing an amazing job and I’m so grateful that I get to watch them on their way 🤍

And one of the best perks - cuddles from these lil cuties! 🥰
