Workout 🏋🏽♀️ done 🧘🏽♀️ amazing class JyoGini’s Journey It was perfectly timed, and I started with you lovely and positive ladies who made my day already. The class was excellent, and it was easy to follow your instructions as you talked us through and gave beginners examples to follow, which was great for me. Thank you again, and looking forward to next week’s class. I’m sweating and feeling ready for the day now. School Holiday healthy snack idea 💡 I purchased this fantastic storage container with compartment spaces to put different fruits or veggies of choice and fill the lid up with ice and use it as a cooler to keep fruits or veggies fresh. The product is bought from , or you can buy a similar container and use it the same way from any kitchenware shop or look at . Always put plastic wrap on top to cover or a food protector from flys etc. can leave out until ice is melted and keep in the area of the kitchen where the family can see and grab a Healthy option as a snack rather then going to the pantry first. enjoy! Yum 😋
