Get Real International, in partnership with Wellways Carer Gateway, is looking for a Partnerships & Administration Officer to run our carer outreach campaign across QLD and the Nepean Blue Mountains and South West Sydney regions of NSW.

You'll build partnerships with GPs, pharmacies, hospitals and community groups, host Mental Health First Aid training, and connect unpaid carers with free counselling, respite and practical support.

What's on offer:
- Part-time or full-time — your choice
- $60,000–$70,000 + super (pro rata)
- Work from home base with community travel
- Purpose-driven work with real impact

🧠 Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) – Online course FREE for Carers on the 27th of May

(These trainings are made free for those providing care to at least one person in an unpaid capacity who has a: disability, chronic medical condition, mental health condition, addiction, aged or frail)

This online training is designed to equip carers and parents with the necessary skills to provide support to both adults and young people experiencing mental health challenges. It will cover topics such as identifying warning signs, providing initial help, and guiding people to appropriate resources.
