Our high profile client is looking for a Client Service Manager to manage their high end Financial Planning team.

Operating within the financial planning industry, they pride themselves on their personalised wealth management strategies that are specifically designed and created to assist their clients to achieve their financial lifestyle goals.

Driven to only work with the best, this company ensures that each and every client receives a true personalised strategy specifically designed with their goals and objectives in mind.

The Role

Supporting their financial advice team, you will be the first point of contact for their clients.

You will be required to be well presented, well spoken and have an eye for detail with the ability conduct yourself in a very professional manner.

To be considered for this role, you will be required to have experience in the following:

Meeting and greeting of clients
Answering telephones
Incoming and outgoing mail
File preparation for appointments
Distribution of FSG's
Implementation of data through Xplan and regular updating of client details
Booking of client appointments
Function and meeting co-ordination
Making coffee for clients and generally taking pride in the office
This role will require you to work as part of a small team, take ownership of your role and be exceptionally well organised.

About You

To be considered for this role you will ideally have previous experience within a financial planning environment and you will also need to possess the following:

RG146 would be desirable;
Xplan software experience would be an advantage;
Excellent computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Suite of products
High attention to detail and personal presentation; and
Excellent communication skills
