Marquee’s most recently completed luxury apartment building SOL Kirra Beach was our final project of 2024 to be handed over to eager residents.

SOL’s 46 luxury residences and Palm Springs inspired amenity, sits proudly atop Kirra Headland, positioned between iconic Kirra and Coolangatta beaches.
