We are super stoked to welcome Kat to our growing team!

Kat has been a personal trainer and coach in the fitness industry for 7+ years and specialises in strength and conditioning and barbell training. Additionally a competitive powerlifter, she has loads of experience and knowledge to efficiently teach the correct and safe ex*****on of barbell movements.

Kat believes in long-term health and life goals and sustainable training, focusing on performance and building good lifestyle habits for an overall healthy body and mind, rather than the quick fix that leaves you run-down, exhausted and frustrated.

Fun Facts:
Kat believes coffee is an essential food group, loves a good burger and will most definitely talk about her motorbike! And when you meet her, that accent is from Germany 🇩🇪

Ed joined us earlier this year to rebuild his strength and return to the water (foiling) post injuries.

After working in with Revive West End, we’ve implemented a strength and conditioning program to improve his upper body strength and muscular endurance. Ed has been able to get back in the water foiling again, and is slowly but surely getting back to full strength!
