Gillies St Townhouses is a new-build residential project in Zillmere defined by sculptural forms and a refined material palette.
Light masonry, vertical timber cladding, and soft curved elements create a contemporary street presence, while landscaped balconies and layered volumes enhance privacy and amenity.
The project presents a thoughtful response to suburban medium-density living.

Hillside Residence is a contemporary four-level residential new build designed to embrace its elevated suburban setting. Strong architectural forms are softened through warm material palettes and generous glazing, creating a refined balance between solidity and openness.

The stepped design responds to the sloping site, maximising natural light, cross-ventilation, and uninterrupted suburban views from each level. Expansive living spaces extend to outdoor terraces, while the upper levels culminate in a private pool area that captures the surrounding landscape.

The project reflects a modern approach to family living—where spatial clarity, indoor–outdoor connection, and outlook are seamlessly integrated into a cohesive architectural expression.
