pitch Optimisation Health Consultations by Maria Waldock & Douglass on the Sunshine Coast is well worth your consideration. I thought I was getting old (i'm in my mid 30's) but really, some pitfalls of modern life are getting me down.
Through some fantastic tell tale tools that Maria uses combined with some extensive experience and some fantastic gentle coaching, I'm on the road back to health. I knew I was fat but I didn't realise that my digestions was out, my thyroid was out of whack and some unconcious bad habits were the cause.
I highly recommend Maria and her work. If you have any health concerns, mild or severe, definately talk to Maria!
