Raising Awareness for Diabetes Related Eye Disease - mivision In alignment with World Diabetes Day on 14 November, Sydney-based ophthalmologist, Dr David Robinson, seeks to raise awareness about the negative consequences diabetes has on eye health.

Fantastic to see Queensland Eye Institute featured on 10 News First last night. QEI Foundation is currently raising funds to upgrade and purchase an additional electroretinogram machine. Currently, QEI has the only full service machine of that kind in QLD... and it also currently sees patients from northern NSW and NT as well. Each test takes approximately 3.5 hours - meaning only about 400 patients can be seen every year.
