Meditation seated position, 2 options. Above all you need to be comfortable and natural to you. You should be in a position where you can gentle shift your body to correct posture throughout, without disrupting your train of thought. Raised above the floor forces you to maintain a proper posture, less likely to arch or slouch. Don’t have a zafu or bolster, use a roll blanket, quilt or normal pillows but ensure support is constant throughout. Try a position for 5-10 mins to see which one works for you.
