When the Respond Global HELPR-1 team delivers medical equipment and solar power to remote health facilities across Vanuatu, strong MEL systems help track how this support is being used, what impact it's having, and what can be learned for future programming.
Square Circle Global Development recently developed an organisation-wide MEL framework for Respond Global HELPR-1, supporting locally led health, climate resilient and humanitarian work across Vanuatu. As part of our MEL support, we also designed systems to track and learn from Respond Global's HELPR-1 vessel including its REnew Pacific program – initiatives strengthening frontline health services in Vanuatu. It was our pleasure to partner with our good friends at i2i Development Global on this work.
